General Return Policy

Most items shipped from Strivon can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Some products may have different policies or requirements.

📌 Important: Please contact us before returning an item to receive the return shipping address and further instructions.

Return Policy: 100% Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund (excluding shipping fees & return processing fees). Returns are accepted only for the Strivon Pod Starter Pack or Pro Pack (formerly Golfpod), as long as the items are complete and undamaged.

Non-returnable items: Accessories such as the Phone Holder, MagSafe Holder, or Bluetooth Remote cannot be returned individually.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Initiating a Return: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide a reason for the return.  No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the shipping address. You must send the item back within 7 days. Returns shipped after this deadline will only be eligible for a 50% refund. Please note that a tracking number is required to process your return.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product despite our quality controls, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and describe the issue. We may request a photo or video to verify the defect. If deemed necessary, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Strivon Club Paid Memberships (formerly Golfpod Club):

All services and memberships already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time, and it will not renew for the next billing cycle.
